YFC is a movement of people and over seven decades many thousands of people have been involved in Australia. Volunteers, staff, donors and participants, some whom would have been saved through the ministry of YFC.

The YFC Australia Alumni seeks to create ongoing connection with all those who have been a part of this movement in the past. Our desire is to gather history, collect and celebrate stories, provide forums for fellowship and opportunities to continue impacting youth for Christ.

The historical catch cry – geared to the times, anchored to the rock – is as true today as in its inception. So while the activities and ministries of YFC may look different, the heartbeat remains the same – to see young people live as youth for Christ.

Alumni: Dennis’s Legacy

When YFC Alumni, Dennis Taggart passed away peacefully last year after a short series of health complications, he left behind in his Will a legacy to help grow a new generation of youth for Christ. His involvement with YFC had begun over 50 years earlier when he was himself a young follower of Jesus.
