The solution is through
the person of Jesus Christ.

Jesus talks about himself in the Bible, saying that God (his Father) loved us so much that he sent him, to take the punishment we deserve for our faithlessness and sin, taking our place and dying for us.

Because he loved us, Jesus died instead of us so that we could have a relationship with God forever.

By taking the punishment we deserve Jesus has opened the way for us to have a relationship with God that would otherwise be impossible for us.

Being faithful to God is about accepting Jesus Christ's right to rule us, and teach us, and show us how to live. We become God's children and give up our rights, trusting only in Christ making us acceptable to God.

All of us have the same problem, and according to the Bible there is only one solution. If we want ourselves, our family and community to share this life, we must be prepared to give our lives away - to Jesus. By dying for us he has given us the opportunity of life forever with God. So we need to become life long followers of Jesus Christ humbly obeying him and giving thanks.

Do we want to live a life of Peace by obeying Jesus or are we, like most of humanity, more concerned about being in charge of our lives? These are tough questions to think through and we only have a few options:
