Josh spent part of his childhood homeless on the streets of India before being adopted in Australia. In high school, he encountered YFC through lunch times programs and after school discipleship programs, where he always had lots of questions. His journey with God continued after leaving school.

God's always been getting my attention to him . . . and I always ignored that, and that's because of my lifestyle before I became a Christian . . . but the one day I got to a point and I said 'God, I need help!'"

After choosing to follow Jesus, Josh felt God calling him to youth work, which led to an internship with YFC.
