This is a great time to be part of the YFC movement, as something new and significant is happening. An increasing number of young people are escaping from damaging circumstances and building better lives for themselves. Perhaps you have helped make that happen by caring, praying and giving?

Or perhaps you were one of those young people? I have made it clear where I intend to take YFC: “within seven years, more than half of all YFC ministries will be led by no-longer-at-risk youth”. That is, by 2016 there will be a large number of new youth activities created by healthy, happy young people for the benefit of their peers.

God is gathering a variety of committed people who share a concern for the youth in Australia. YFC has trained youth workers spreading out into new regions. This is possible because of your partnership with us. Thank you for playing your part in God’s mission through Youth for Christ Australia.

Conrad became CEO of Youth for Christ Australia in April 2009. Conrad’s preparation for this role included 13 years as an evangelist, four years coaching young evangelistic leaders and five years as a mission consultant. Committed to ongoing learning, he has a Diploma in Evangelism, a Master of Arts degree in Evangelism Studies, a Master of Ministry degree and is currently completing a Doctorate. Conrad is married to Wendy and they have three young children.
